Terms and Conditions
Valdura Advisory Group · ABN 79 149 847 398 · ACN 149 847 398 · Rockingham WA 6168
1. About These Terms
These terms apply to all diagnostics, workshops, assessments, Executive Leadership Programs and services supplied by Valdura Advisory Group (ABN 79 149 847 398, ACN 149 847 398) ("Valdura", "we", "us"). By completing a diagnostic, or by purchasing, booking or applying for a Valdura program or service, you agree to these terms.
2. Fees and Payment
Valdura does not publish prices. Fees for advisory engagements, board sessions, the review and Executive Leadership Programs are confirmed in writing before any work begins. All fees are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Public sales of scheduled workshop places, one-to-one workshops and the AI Diagnostic Report and Debrief have been withdrawn. Bookings made before the withdrawal will be honoured on the terms that applied when they were made.
Card payments, where used, are processed securely by our payment provider. Valdura does not store card details.
3. Online Diagnostics
The Board and Governance Diagnostic and the AI Capability Diagnostic are self-reflections. Your results are based only on your own responses and have not been verified. They are provided for development and discussion and are not a formal evaluation of you, your board or your organisation, or legal, financial, technical, psychological or regulatory advice.
To release your results we ask for your name, organisation and email, and we email you a copy of your results. Valdura is notified that a diagnostic has been completed. We will contact you about your results only if you tick the box asking us to, and we will send you occasional insights only if you tick that box. You may ask us at any time to stop contacting you.
4. Executive Board Readiness Review
The Executive Board Readiness Review is a developmental review conducted personally by the Principal. It is not intended to be used as the sole basis for employment, promotion or appointment decisions.
Places are confirmed following a suitability conversation. Fees, and any cancellation terms, are confirmed in writing before the review begins. 360 feedback is confidential and is reported to you in aggregate so that individual respondents are not identified.
5. Existing Workshop and Report Bookings
For bookings made before public sales were withdrawn, any fee credit or refund terms that applied at the time of booking continue to apply.
6. Cancellations and Transfers
Cancellations received in writing 14 days or more before a workshop or program start date receive a full refund.
Cancellations received less than 14 days before the start date are not refundable. You may transfer your place to a later scheduled workshop or program intake, or nominate a substitute participant at no additional cost.
Cancellation terms for in-house delivery are set out in the written proposal.
7. Changes by Valdura
We may reschedule a program where minimum participant numbers are not met or for reasons beyond our reasonable control. If the new date does not suit, you will receive a full refund of fees paid for that program.
In-house, in-person delivery is limited to a maximum of 12 participants per session.
8. Intellectual Property
All program materials, frameworks, tools, case studies and reports remain the intellectual property of Valdura. Materials are licensed for the personal use of participants, or for the internal use of the purchasing organisation, and must not be reproduced, distributed or used to deliver training without our written consent.
9. Nature of Our Programs
Valdura programs are research-led professional development. Valdura is not a Registered Training Organisation (RTO) or a higher education provider, and our programs do not lead to a formal qualification. Certificates of completion confirm participation and assessment outcomes within Valdura programs only. Program content is general in nature and does not constitute legal, financial or professional advice for your specific circumstances.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to a program or service is limited to supplying the service again or refunding the fees paid for it.
11. Privacy
We collect and use personal information, including diagnostic responses, applications, CVs, assessment work and 360 feedback, to deliver our diagnostics, programs and services, issue invoices and certificates, and communicate with you. Applications and assessment materials are stored securely and accessed only by Valdura personnel involved in your assessment or program. We do not sell personal information.
12. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
