Executive Practice

Diagnose First. Design Second. Develop What Matters.

Most executive programs ask every participant to complete the same curriculum. At Valdura, each pathway is a starting point. Your diagnostic results then determine the modules you complete and where the program places its weight. Focused intensives of three days to four weeks, each assessed by portfolio against a published standard.
